Skin-A-Maxx Terms of Service

By purchasing, booking, downloading, or otherwise engaging with Skin-A-Maxx, you agree to the following terms.

Artistic Work and Deliverables
Skin-A-Maxx produces original artistic works, including photography, projection mapping imagery, wearable art, and printed or digital editions. All work is created as fine art, not stock photography or commercial design services, unless explicitly agreed to in writing.

Copyright and Usage Rights
All images and works remain the intellectual property of Skin-A-Maxx and the contributing artists.
Purchases grant a limited personal use license only.
Commercial use, resale, reproduction, NFTs, AI training, advertising, or redistribution is not permitted without a separate written license.

Bookings and Custom Sessions
Session bookings reserve creative time and production resources.
Deposits are non refundable.
Rescheduling may be permitted with reasonable notice, subject to availability.

Prints, Wearables, and Physical Products
Many items are made to order. Minor variations in color, texture, or scale may occur and are part of the artistic process. These are not defects.

Digital Products and Downloads
All digital sales are final once delivered. No refunds or chargebacks for downloaded content.

Model Consent and Ethics
All works are created with informed, documented consent from participating models and collaborators. Any misuse of images that violates consent, ethics, or agreed context will be considered a breach of these terms.

Refunds and Disputes
Due to the custom and artistic nature of the work, refunds are not guaranteed. If there is a genuine issue, reach out directly and it will be handled in good faith.

Limitation of Liability
Skin-A-Maxx is not liable for misuse of purchased works, third party printing errors, or damages beyond the value of the original purchase.

Agreement
By completing a purchase or booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
